My mom gave me this very nice water feature for my birthday.

                                    

We sat out there today for a little bit and I thought it would make a nice sun. I don't feel any better today and I really don't like being yellow but I am doing everything I am supposed to so I have to turn the corner soon.

Don't know what I'd do right now if I  didn't have my KitCam app on my phone. This kaleidoscope is of the flowers some friends sent me while I was in hospital a week ago and they still look very nice. Seemed appropriate today since I went back to ER today. One of my liver enzymes is still rising which explains the mess I am, my eyes are a light yellow which is not my color. I'm on some new meds which will hopefully help. It's been a tuff day.

Day 274

This is another sun I made at the Tigers game I went to with my cousin the last day I felt ok.  I actually am feeling a little better and got a few things done around my place. Which really wore me out so I put my sun off too long and went to my phone in search of something I made but hadn't used yet.

I'm in the hospital spending my my second night and thought I couldn't possibly get my sun done but decided I could use the kaleidoscope to help me out.

Comerica Park. Today was the last home game of the Tigers regular season and I took my cousin to the game. It was a beautiful day but the Tigers didn't get a "w". We sat out in right field, I liked it there.

I looked out the window in my moms kitchen and saw this huge flower in the garden. 

 It makes a beautiful sun.

Spent too much of the day feeling sorry for myself and didn't get anything done.

Day 233

Still battling the boxes, I can't wait till I am moved in.  Unfortunately it is going to be a while before I make that announcement.  I haven't done well with getting anything done in the evening this week, I have been way to tired.  Oh well I will try and do better tomorrow.

Day 226

I made a small dent in the large pile of boxes in the middle of my living room tonight.  It is a huge pile that is mostly books and dvds, many of which I need to get rid of sooner rather than later.  I could say that about a lot of my stuff. The never ending battle with stuff.

Sunset at Fifth Third Field. 

 Went to the Mud Hens game tonight for the first time since June 21st.  So nice to be at the ballpark on such a beautiful evening.  And the Mud Hens won!

Day 213

I spent the evening working on setting up my Retrospective Art Show at Studio 1107 (my Mom's house) for my big birthday party tomorrow.  It is not going to be as fabulous as I originally had envisioned but it will be fun.  I am putting stuff all over the first floor.  Hopefully everyone will enjoy looking at all the art and eating all the good food Judy has been preparing. Time to party like it's 1999!

Day 207

 

The flocks are blooming away at 1107, Mom and Richard's house.

 Ready or not tomorrow is Art On The Mall.  I am booth 64 in the middle.  Hopefully it will be a good day.  It is hard to get into Art Fair mode when I have been in moving mode for so many weeks.  Stop by and say hi, it is in the middle of the University of Toledo, lots of free parking, music, food, and 114 visual artists for you to check out.

Day 203

This day lily is a little wilted around the edges which is how I feel.

My animals are settling in after a rough start. 

Clara Belle did not do well the first night but Casey is helping her through it all since this is the 7th time we have moved.  The move continues. . .

Day 200

This kaleidoscope is of my hanging plant outside my backdoor at my soon to be old place.

Good first day of moving, thank you Pete, Emilio and Scott.  Still not ready for day two but I can only do the best I can, at least the heat broke.  Must get some sleep.

Day 198

I like how this one looks like a pie.  I spent the evening doing final hole filling and sanding in my soon to be new studio, then getting the first layer of paint cut in around woodwork.  Unfortunately I didn't get it rolled out, too tired.  Tomorrow I will have to finish whatever I am going to get done because Saturday is Day One of moving.  I know I will need both days if not more.

Day 197

So glad I have this kaleidoscope lens especially on my very busy days which I seem to be having many of lately.  Ready or not I am moving this weekend.  I need to get it done what with Art On the Mall on the 28th and my big birthday party August 3rd.  But I decided I would make a sun every day for 365 days and come hell or high water I will!

Update on my new place: the basement floor has a first coat tomorrow it will be finished. 

Day 193

This is a huge hibiscus I saw at the market this morning.

It is a great basis for my 193rd sun.

A very busy day cleaning my current residence and then working in the basement at my soon to be home.  More scraping walls and floors and then scrubbing the floor with a very strong cleaner.  I am so sore and tired. Tomorrow priming and painting the floor.

Day 188

Another Day Lily whose name I can't remember but it is very unusual and makes this beautiful sun.

 More scraping walls and floors in my new basement tonight, along with second coat touch up on the walls I painted yesterday.  This masonry work is hard on my old hands.  I am exhausted.
