Day 135

Tonight I came across an old checkbook from 15 years ago and it had a sun on it.  This sun is inspired by that sun.  My love of suns goes back much further than I realized.  Maybe I won't be so fond after 365.

Day 69

Stuck with my new  7 x 7 journal again tonight I am really liking the small square size. I am excited to make some really big suns also.

Mom and I went to our MAC (Michigan Association of Calligraphers) meeting tonight up in Birmingham MI.  I took my new business cards I made to promote this blog and told everyone to check it out. It felt good to promote myself which was much easier to do with the business cards.

Day 53

I hung the charcoal sun I did on Day 49 in my studio and I keep admiring it so I decided to do another this evening.  I haven't been sleeping well and tonight it seemed like a huge task to get this sun created.  Funny how I always feel better when the days sun is finished.  Will I ever stop being a procrastinator?

Day 49

Played around with a charcoal pencil tonight.  Finding I need to remind myself that doing a 365 project is a marathon not a sprint.
