I seemed to feel extra tired today, but I was still able to rally and go to lunch with my friend Kellie, which was very nice. We managed to find plenty to talk and laugh about. Afterwards we went and hung out at my place with my kitties. They were happy to see us. I also had a nice visit from the Steinbock family while at my place. The kids hauled a bunch of boxes of art up to my studio. Now I have to figure out where to put it all.
Between these two visitors I also had another from a very nice woman I never met before from a group called Quilts of Compassion. She brought me a beautiful quilt, which has lovely powder pink squares and others with delicate little flowers on the front and a silky charcoal grey on the back. I love it! I feel so lucky to have been selected to receive a quilt. Thank you Tara for thinking of me.
