I got a late start tonight making my sun because I was busy making a bunch of note cards for my Toledo Project which I am going to talk about here soon. The drawing I started with wasn't working then I got this brilliant idea to weave 2 images from national geographic. One was thousands of people crowded on the beach in the sun. I made a square one first but I didn't want to cut it down to look more like a sun.
The curved paper is harder to weave but I like the diamonds it creates. I need to play some more with this technique.
