I've been recovering from Artomatic 419. It was overall a good experience but the hours were long and I'm glad it's over. Now I have to break it down. Many thanks to everyone who came out to see me. Your visits made the show a success.

Week two of Artomatic 419 is over but week three starts tomorrow. Yes it is open tomorrow from 12-5. And there will be no Nazi's downtown. So come by and visit. I have had very few visitors and I am lonely. I am on the 5th floor in C36, the big room to the right when you get off the elevator. If you can't make it tomorrow you will have one more chance next Saturday, the 25th, 11-11. I didn't make it till 11 tonight but I will next week. Look at the cool view I have from near my space.

Leigh Day 94
Today we celebrated Michael's birthday one more time. On his actual day he was to go to Real Seafood with our stepmom Cindy, but he didn't make it. Mom and I were stranded on I-75, broken down in the midst of a huge back up that we were now adding to. Michael came to rescue us and missed his birthday dinner. But since it was rescheduled I could come. Turns out there was some kind of Freakfest parade in downtown Ann Arbor right in front of Real Seafood and we had a great view. Wonderful people watching and I forgot my phone, so no photos.
We had a very tasty meal, thank you Cindy.

Happy Tigers Opening Day! Yea baseball is back which means it is going to get warmer. Opening Day means everything is going to be okay. Especially when they win, which they did. It was great to see David Price look so comfortable as a Tiger. I look forward to getting to know all the new faces.

Mom bought me a beautiful Easter Lily today at the Farmer's Market. I won't be able to go to the market the next three Saturday's because of Artomatic 419. I'm getting nervous about the whole show. I hope if you are in the area you will come out to visit me.

Leigh Day 87
I put some art in my Artomatic 419 booth today. It doesn't look quite as empty as I was worring. Now I have a week to get some more work matted and framed.

TBT Here I am at the Grand Canyon, in 1981, on my way to Southern California to live with my Aunt Kerry, Uncle Eric and my cousins. I had just turned 18 before we headed out from Toledo, Ohio driving to Placencia, California. Aunt Kerry drove the entire way. My cousin Kim was almost 17 but neither one of us had our license yet. My young six year old cousin Joey was our last passenger. It was a special adventure we had that August.
